This tech note shows the status and support level for different versions in the NetMotion Mobility product line.
Customers with a current maintenance agreement are encouraged to update their Mobility software to the most recent product revision (with a status of "Active"). This is the version in which any product incidents will still be actively addressed. Until they have been discontinued, older releases are supported via the customer support number and
e-mail.

* NetMotion Wireless provides its customers 12 months advance notification of a product's end-of-life (EOL).
Customers with a premium maintenance agreement receive free upgrades to all new major and minor releases (you must be on the latest software release when purchasing premium maintenance in order to take advantage of the free upgrades).
Customers with a standard maintenance agreement receive free upgrades to minor releases but not major ones.
