Title: Cannot save configuration changes |
Problem: When logged on to the system as a Domain Administrator
the configurer can not see the advanced system properties and
when they try to create a new connector and save the configuration
change, the changes will not save.
Solution: Create a Local administrator account to configure
the software. The domain accounts, although members of the Administrator
groups are not recognized as a local administrator by the Totalroam
system.
